Monroe is fairly new to Nashville, coming to us from the Pacific Northwest. During her travels, she fell in love with this city and decided to make it her home. After 21 years in the industry it was time to open her own creative space.

Roc and Roe was a vision that took two years to bring to life, finally opening in late August of 2022. Monroe considers Roc and Roe a safe space and a home away from home. Her favorite part about being behind the chair is creating deep and meaningful relationships with her clients. Monroe loves creating lived-in blondes and dimensional brunettes! She offers several types of hair extensions; hand-tied, tape-in, I-Tip, and K-Tip extensions which are game-changers for clients needing extra fullness/length.

Monroe is a traveling hair artist, so she is out of the salon every couple months taking care of clients back home in Portland, Oregon. If you’re lucky, you may get to absorb some puppy love from Kahla during your visit into the salon.
